England vs Ireland

Irish karma had been on the side of an England captain, Eoin Morgan, three years prior at Lord's. It has now made a stylish comeback to another legendary location. The Irish luck smiled just as Moeen Ali threw in a last-ditch effort and England inched closer to the runs needed according to DLS. The sky became cloudier. At the Melbourne Cricket Ground, rain has rarely been more enjoyable (MCG). Not that they lucked out; they deserved the victory.

Rain forced an early conclusion to the T20 World Cup on Wednesday, leaving the English five runs behind the par total as Ireland shocked England.

The so-called "descendant of Jesus" makes an idyllic lap picture. A odd incident happened when Ireland's Lorcan Tucker made his U-19 world cup debut against India. The TV commentator would read that Tucker is a "direct descendant of Jesus Christ" from the Wikipedia page that had been vandalised.

Right now, on a soggy day at the MCG, Tucker would unleash a beautiful lap shot off Chris Woakes. A full delivery that was almost about to cross the off-stump line was actually rather good, but Tucker was prepared, nimbly moving across the field while crouching, and he would easily slam it up and over short for a one-bounce four. Tucker has demonstrated a preference for such shots and a desire to play the 360-degree game ever since the U-19 world championship.

It appears that Irish cricket apathy begins at home.

Cricket apathy tends to start at home, according to Andrew Balbirnie's wife Kate, only hours before Ireland's match against England.

He even scored 18 runs in the 10th over, which was bowled by Chris Woakes, to demonstrate today that he was acting confidently. There were a few fours, but the six over fine-leg would likely stick in the mind for some time. Woakes had dug it in at the ribcage with the last ball, but Balbirnie skillfully swivelled to aid it up and over the fine-leg boundary. Nasser Hussain started yelling his raves on the air.

Even in the 10th over, which was bowled by Chris Woakes, he got 18 runs to show that he was acting self-assuredly today. The six over fine-leg would probably stay in the memory for a while even though there were a couple fours. With the penultimate ball, Woakes had dug it in at the ribcage, but Balbirnie expertly swivelled to help it up and over the fine-leg boundary. Nasser Hussain began shouting his rants over the radio.
